Easy to work with

When you work with us:

  • You are served from our consulting office by local project managers, business analysts and technical support engineers. We are always  accessible to you.

  • Your team members interact directly with our team through Issue Tracker, our web-based project management system. It is used by all project participants to keep track of pending development tasks, enter bug reports and discuss open issues. On a 24/7 basis, your team is able to access this system to check on progress, provide additional information, ask questions or enter problem reports. The system automatically updates all appropriate team members by email.

  • Email, phone and instant chat are used as needed (though we recommend communicating as much as possible through Issue Tracker to ensure efficient change control procedures).

  • Our standard start-up time is a quick two weeks. In this time, we can plan your project and allocate the appropriate resources.

  • You are provided with detailed reports on the hours spent by our employees on your project. We usually use a flat rate across all our employees to keep the calculations clear and simple.

  • A dedicated project manager keeps your detailed work plan current, keeping you appraised of our progress and facilitating any necessary adjustments to the plan.

  • Strong internal processes, coding standards and stringent quality assurance ensure that the quality of each project is top notch.
